The Faculty Role Model defines the expected roles and responsibilities of Meredith College full-time teaching faculty. This document, approved by the faculty, is the basis for the creation of annual self-evaluation reports and professional development plans by faculty and of annual evaluations by the department head. The criteria outlined in the Faculty Role Model are also the basis on which faculty are evaluated for tenure and promotion.
